Shipping policy

Big Time Sandwich Co. serves Duval County, Florida only. We make fresh, perishable food, so we do not ship orders by mail or parcel carrier.

Choose local pickup at checkout. We'll email you when your order is ready, with the pickup location and time window.

Where available, choose local delivery at checkout. Delivery areas, fees, and times are shown at checkout based on your address. Someone should be available to receive the order, since sandwiches can't be left out for long.

You can also find Big Time sandwiches at partner bars, gyms, and yoga studios around Jacksonville.
