This website is run by Big Time Sandwich Co., a business in Jacksonville, Florida ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You agree to give us accurate contact and payment details.

We sell only in Duval County, Florida, through local pickup, local delivery where offered, and partner venues. We don't ship orders.

Our sandwiches are made fresh and are perishable. They contain peanuts and wheat and may contain other allergens. Ingredients and allergen information are on each product page and label. If you have a food allergy, read the label before eating. Keep sandwiches refrigerated and eat them by the date on the label.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Florida and local sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Payment is processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.

We can refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you paid for, we refund you in full.

Pickup and delivery details are in our Shipping policy. Once an order is picked up or delivered, you are responsible for storing it safely.

Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund policy.

Bars, gyms, studios, and other businesses that carry Big Time products follow the terms of their written partner agreement, which takes priority over these terms where they differ.

The Big Time Sandwich Co. name, logo, photos, and text on this site belong to us. Please don't copy or use them without our written permission.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total responsibility for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Florida or federal law that can't be waived.

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Duval County, Florida.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
